Tokyo: Shochu’sday at Shochu Zanmai

This event is taking a page out of Stephen Lyman’s book and borrowing the “Shochu’sday” moniker that he is popularizing across the United States. In fact, Stephen is hosting a Shochu’sday event in Washington, DC on the same day!

It’s probably not possible to attend both, so please pick the one closest to you.

The Tokyo version will be hosted at Shochu Zanmai, a great casual shochu bar with hundreds of bottles on the menu. It’s a pour your own, all you can drink shochu and awamori buffet, so please eat before arriving.

However, we don’t plan on drinking too much! Just some side by side tastings to explore different shochu types and drinking styles.

You can bring food into this bar, so please do (water, too)!
