New York City: John McCarthy cuisine plus Japanese shochu

Chef John McCarthy from The Crimson Sparrow in Hudson, NY, will make a special “pop-up” dinner at Jimmy’s No. 43 craft beer bar, owned by the famous beer expert, Jimmy Carbone.

Shochu distillers Yamato Zakura and Satsuma Shima Bijin will be in attendance at the event.
